One of the great ways to gain exposure, build your fan base, and attract corporate sponsors is to perform a culinary demo, be a judge, or speak at live or virtual events. Chefs who try to book themselves at food, wine, and industry events find it too time-consuming, difficult to get booked at, and if they do get in, are often underpaid or not compensated at all. This is where working with a booking agent is a must.

We’ll seek out events where we pair your skills, location, and talent with some of the most-attended events in the United States. Since we maintain strong relationships with event managers, getting you booked at an event may be as easy as picking up the phone and suggesting you’re added to the lineup.
In addition, we’ll work to leverage your appearance at an event to attract media attention and corporate sponsors. Throughout the entire booking process, our booking agents, talent managers, and entertainment lawyers team together to ensure your appearance is represented professionally, legally, and financially.
Start getting booked at events
To start getting booked at events, submit your application for professional representation by filling out our Representation Form or by calling us at (262) 308‑9791.
The application review process takes about one week. You’ll be notified by email if your application has been accepted or not.
If accepted, an interview will be scheduled. During the interview, you’ll have a chance to ask questions and learn more about our professional representation process. We’ll take that opportunity to learn more about you too.
If we both opt to move forward, we’ll extend a contract. Once contracts are signed and returned, we’ll start seeking out event booking opportunities for you.
